Thanks for your interest in S’ Residences. Here’s what you need to know before you apply;

S’ Residences is a purpose-built student residence located next to the Dayananda Sagar University. Designed around domestic and international students of DSU, it is just steps away from the university campus.
S’ Residences lease term runs from the start of the academic year to the end of the academic year, following one-time advance payment for accommodation.
We require a guarantor on your lease. Guarantors are most often either your parents or relatives over the age of 18. You must provide complete information of the guarantor.
A nominal amount is charged as security deposit in order for us to successfully process your housing application.
The submission and acceptance of your housing application doesn’t guarantee accommodation. Accommodation is only reserved upon the execution of student lease agreement by both parties. Accommodation is limited and will be provided on first come first serve basis. We encourage students to apply for accommodation ahead of the start of the academic year.
The application usually takes 10 minutes to complete.
Students must also read and sign housing contract before the start of the lease.
Students must also read and follow all the relevant policies that are listed in the student portal.

I understand that upon approval I need to make a full advance payment for the room allotment.
